If you really want me to make one of these for your team, get as far as you can and then contact me at the address above. A good start might be taking these two source PSDs and creating transparent PNGs for me to use (though any transparent 300x300 PNG will do).

I first saw these labels on @biz's avatar. I have no idea where he got it from; we don't know each other. I made the source images myself.
